Great White Debut “Complicated” Video

“Complicated”, the latest single from Great White’s 2012 release ‘Elation’, is overflowing with rockin’ guitar riffs, tight percussion, tickling keys, fresh vocal swagger and an infectious chorus. The boogie-blues track is signature Great White through and through, but accompanying music video is a far cry from classic Great White videos from back in the day. The band enlisted help from Mark Teague of Dream Haven Studios to create a multi-media narrative: a first for the band.

“We really had a good time making the video and we hope the fans dig it. They will feel the positive energy coming from the song and video,” the band said. “Working with Eddie Trunk is a great fit for us, too, Trunk Nation fans have embraced Great White for years, and we’ve gotten to know Eddie more on tours such as the Monsters of Rock Cruise.”

Working alongside a green screen and even utilizing acting prowess, Great White captures an emotional triumph. The energy and peace is palpable.

‘Elation’, the band’s first release with Terry Ilous on vocals, was released through Frontiers Records in May of 2012. Regarding the album Sleaze Roxx said, “what we are left with is a band that hits all the right notes yet doesn’t really sound like Great White. The strange thing about Elation is that it floats in some sort of hard rock neverland — Jack Russell followers won’t hate it as much as they want too, and hardcore Great White fans won’t be as blown away as they hoped to be.”

Great White is founder and lead guitarist, Mark Kendall, Michael Lardie (keyboards and guitar), Audie Desbrow (drums), Scott Snyder (bass) and lead singer Terry Ilous (formerly of XYZ).

Great White has sold over 10 million albums worldwide. Their song arsenal includes the smash hit “Once Bitten, Twice Shy”, “Rock Me”, “Save Your Love”, “The Angel Song”, and “Mistabone”. They returned to the classic rock charts in 2012 with “I’ve Got Something For You”, “Feeling So Much Better” and “Hard to Say Goodbye”.
